The sales & marketing team of the division GoodShipping, part of the GoodNRG group - is looking for a Commercial Manager Strategic Accounts.

Our customers for transport decarbonization range from Freight Forwarders like eg DHL, Geodis, DB Schenker, Dachser and DSV to Cargo Owners like eg BMW, IKEA, Swinkels Family Brewers, Tony’s Chocolonely, Beiersdorf, Dopper, Meelunie, Bugaboo etc.

Who are you?

For the role of Commercial Manager Strategic Accounts, we are looking for you, if you recognize yourself in the following:

 

  • A highly commercial driven person who likes working in an international and fast-changing environment;
  • 5 – 8 years minimum experience in Enterprise sales, from pro-active acquisition to relationship management;
  • Process management: Commercial Managers are in charge of managing their sales funnel from its initial lead to the final completion. Strong organizational and project management skills are important when managing this sales funnel;
  • Leadership: you will assist a Commercial Manager in developing relationships, managing stakeholders and creating bids for new leads;
  • Creativity: because problems are not uncommon, Commercial Managers will also need strong problem-solving skills to identify a problem and take the necessary steps to overcome it, while keeping vendor and financial limitations in mind;
  • Experience in consultative selling is a pre;
  • Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate on different levels of stakeholders
  • Customer centric approach;
  • Pro-active and collaborative attitude;
  • An interest and (personal) drive to contribute to the energy transition.

You also have

  • Experience working in an international environment;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong interest to learn more about sustainability and making positive impact.
