Vacancy (interim) Marketing Lead GoodShipping

GoodShipping is looking for a Marketing Lead to support us on our mission to decarbonise transportation.

GoodShipping is part of the division Carbon Management of FincoEnergies. FincoEnergies is a leading provider of decarbonisation solutions for transportation. With our pioneering brands, GoodShipping and GoodZero, we empower our customers to not only calculate and reduce emissions, but also to effectively inset transportation emissions and offset your remaining, unavoidable emissions. For our insetting brand GoodShipping is looking for a Marketing Lead who will be critical to help this business line grow even further. 

As the Marketing Lead you will join our international and fast-growing division and marketing team and report to the Managing Director of the Carbon Management division. Together with the team, you will build and scale the brand. You consider the needs of our customers, and how we can best communicate our joint impact story. You work closely together with colleagues from the marketing department who will support you with content and design. As a young and innovative company, there are few well-trodden paths and plenty of room for your own input. The working language in our office and in most of our communication is English, for some clients or channels we communicate in Dutch. 

• Deliver the marketing strategy and being responsible for the execution
• In the execution, you are supported by the FincoEnergies marketing department, and you can brief external specialists like agencies/designers/photographers etc. 

• Analysing and improving the customer journey 
• You proactively support the sales team on lead generation 
• Thinking along with our partners and clients to set up an appropriate (joint) marketing plan 

• Ensure that our story is consistent in all our channels. 

For the position of GoodShipping Marketing Lead, we are looking for someone who: 

• Is flexible and likes to work in a fast changing environment 

• Has a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude 
• Has a talent for organisation and can keep a good overview 
• Has a good sense of what is important to a customer and knows how to respond to this 
• Has a feeling for language and an eye for visual branding 
• Likes to act as a spider in a web, a real team player 

• Have a bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field 
• Have 7-10 years of relevant work experience 
• Have good communication skills and practical attitude 

• Are driven by making an impact together
